Intro to Yoga for Operational Resilience

This class is designed to help participants build physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional regulation through practical yoga techniques. Students learn foundational movements, breath control, and mindfulness strategies that support focus, injury prevention, recovery, and stress management.

The emphasis is on simple, repeatable tools that support daily operational wellness and long term resilience both on and off duty.

Private Sessions and Group Training

Mi Warriors Forge also offers private one on one wellness sessions and customized group classes. These sessions allow individuals, teams, and organizations to focus on specific goals such as recovery, stress management, mobility, and operational readiness.

Tactical Breathwork

This course introduces science based breathing techniques designed to improve performance under pressure. Participants learn tactical breathing methods that help regulate heart rate, sharpen focus, accelerate recovery, and maintain mental clarity in demanding environments.

The training emphasizes nervous system control, decision making under stress, and rapid reset strategies that can be applied in real world situations.
